Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots), chopped
- 1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews), chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add vanilla, applesauce, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup into the saucepan and heat over low heat.
- Add cinnamon, salt, nuts, oats, and dried fruits into the small bowl and mix well. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Let it cool and serve!
