For the Lamb Chops:

- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Let them sit for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and heat it. Add lamb chops and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and set aside.
- Add balsamic vinegar, honey, and pomegranate juice into the same skillet and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Plate the lamb chops and drizzle the pomegranate sauce. You can also add pomegranate seeds for visual effect
- Serve and enjoy!
